THE VPRO PHILOSOPHY: PRECISION OVER ASSEMBLIES
At VPRO, we believe that professional cleaning equipment has been “assembled” for too long. For decades, the industry has relied on joining off-the-shelf parts, bolting on counter-weights to fix balance issues, and using manual “tricks” to overcome fundamental physics flaws.
We decided to start from a blank block of aluminum.
Our engineering philosophy is built on three unbreakable pillars:
Monolithic Integrity:We don’t build tools out of parts; we carve them from solid 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum. By eliminating seams, end-caps, and bolts, we eliminate air leaks and structural failure points. A VPRO tool is a lifetime asset, not a consumable.
Physics-First Design: If a tool requires a “workaround” or added lead weights to stay flat, the engineering has failed. We use Center-Exit Architecture and balanced volumetric symmetry to let vacuum physics do the heavy lifting. Our tools are self-stabilizing by design, not by force.
The “Operator Tax” Reduction: Professional cleaning is a high-impact trade. We design every VPRO system—from our Magnetic Upright Parking to our integrated wheel assemblies—to reduce the repetitive stress and “bending tax” on the technician.
Our Manufacturing Heritage
VPRO is a manufacturer of professional carpet and hard surface cleaning wands and accessories, engineered for durability, performance, and operator comfort. Proudly designed and manufactured in Los Angeles, California, VPRO products reflect a commitment to quality craftsmanship, controlled production, and hands-on engineering oversight.
Our foundation is built on over 30 years of CNC machining experience rooted in the aerospace industry. Founded by a CNC machine business owner and tool design leader, VPRO was created from a deep passion for carpet wand performance and usability. VPRO is the original inventor of the swivel wand system, allowing technicians to maneuver smoothly without constantly repositioning furniture.
VPRO isn’t just manufacturing wands. We are machining the future of the industry, one solid block at a time.
